Refund Policy
Try before you pay
Every tool is available to try for free, with no sign up and no card. We strongly encourage you to use the free tier first to make sure the Service meets your needs before subscribing to a paid plan.
Paid plans are non-refundable
All paid plans (Pro and Max) are billed monthly. Because access to the Service and its AI compute is delivered immediately and consumed in real time, all payments are non-refundable, including for partially-used billing periods. We do not offer pro-rated or partial refunds.
Cancel anytime, no future charges
You can cancel your subscription at any time, in one click, from your account settings. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current monthly billing period and you are not charged again. There is no cancellation fee and no lock-in.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any guarantee you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or equivalent consumer protection laws in your country. Where such a law requires a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, that remedy applies regardless of the above.
Questions
If you believe you were charged in error, email support@freeanonymousai.com with your account email and we'll look into it. We aim to respond within a few days, though some cases can take up to a couple of weeks. Approved adjustments, where we choose to make them, are made at our discretion and do not affect the non-refundable nature of payments described above.
