Free tier

Nothing to refund. The free tier costs nothing.

Paid plans (Pro and Max)

If you're unhappy with your plan, contact support@freeanonymousai.com within 7 days of a charge. If your usage has been minimal, we'll issue a full refund of that billing period. After 7 days, we do not offer refunds for partially-used billing periods.

Note: Australian Consumer Law guarantees still apply regardless of stated policy.

Pay-as-you-go top-ups (video)

Top-up packs and consumed video seconds are generally non-refundable once used or partially used, as they represent compute costs already incurred. If you believe there was a technical error, contact support and we'll review it.

How to request a refund

Email support@freeanonymousai.com with your account email and a brief description. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
