Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account to use Free Anonymous AI?

No. The free tier works entirely without an account or sign-up. Open any tool and start using it immediately. An account is only needed for paid plans (Pro, Max) when you want higher limits or priority access.

How many credits do I get on the free tier?

Free users receive 20 credits per day, which reset daily. Each AI request uses one or more credits depending on the tool and the size of your input. Credits are not carried over.

A tool is not responding or giving an error. What should I do?

First, try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, the underlying AI provider may be temporarily unavailable. This usually resolves within a few minutes. If a specific tool is consistently broken, please let us know at support@freeanonymousai.com and we'll investigate.

The AI output seems wrong or low quality. Why?

AI outputs are generated automatically and are not always accurate, complete, or appropriate. Different requests can produce different results even with identical inputs. We route to the best available model for each task, but model quality varies. Always verify outputs that matter before relying on them.

Why did my file upload fail?

Files must be under the size limit shown on the tool (typically 10 MB for documents, 5 MB for images). Supported formats are shown on each tool. If your file is within limits and still fails, try a different browser or contact us.

Are my prompts private?

We do not store your prompts permanently or build profiles from them. However, your inputs are sent to third-party AI model providers to generate a response, and those providers process them under their own terms. See our Privacy Policy for full details. Do not submit sensitive personal or confidential information.

Can I cancel my paid plan?

Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you keep access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds except where required by law. See our Refund Policy for details.

I was charged but my plan did not activate. What do I do?

This is rare but can happen due to payment processing delays. Please email us at support@freeanonymousai.com with your payment receipt and we will resolve it promptly.

Which AI models power the tools?

We route each request to the model we consider best suited to that task from a range of third-party providers. See our Models page for details on which providers and model families we use.

I found a security vulnerability. How do I report it?

Please email support@freeanonymousai.com with the subject "Security Disclosure" and a description of the issue before disclosing it publicly. We aim to acknowledge reports within 48 hours. See our Security page for full details.
