Terms of Service

These are working drafts, not legal advice. Have a solicitor review before launch, particularly Terms, Privacy, and Acceptable Use.

1. Who we are

Free Anonymous AI ("the Service") is operated by [Legal Entity Name], based in Australia. Contact: hello@freeanonymousai.com.

2. The Service

We provide access to third-party AI models through a single interface. Outputs are generated by AI and may be inaccurate; use judgement and verify important information.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16, or the age of digital consent in your country, and have authority to accept these terms.

4. Acceptable use

Your use is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Breach may result in suspension or termination.

5. Accounts and plans

Free use needs no account. Paid plans (Pro, Max) require an account and payment via our processor. Plans renew until cancelled.

6. Payments

Prices are shown at checkout. Paid plans bill in advance on a recurring basis. Taxes may apply based on your location.

7. Credits and limits

Use is metered in credits and, for video, in video time. Allowances and fair-use limits are described on the Pricing page and may be adjusted with notice.

8. Intellectual property in outputs

As between you and us, you own the outputs you generate, to the extent permitted by the underlying model providers' terms. You're responsible for how you use them.

9. Our IP

The Service, brand, and site content are ours or our licensors'.

10. Third-party models

Your inputs are processed by third-party providers to generate outputs; see the Privacy Policy for who and where.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 3 months.

13. Termination

You may stop anytime. We may suspend or end access for breach.

14. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified on-site.

15. Governing law

Victoria, Australia.
