Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Free Anonymous AI ("the Service", "we", "us", "our") is operated by an independent team based in Melbourne, Australia. You can reach us at support@freeanonymousai.com. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use the Service. Your access to and use of the Service, and any reliance you place on it or on any output it produces, is at your own risk and subject to the disclaimers and limitations set out below.

2. The Service and AI outputs

We provide access to third-party AI models through a single interface. Outputs are generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, biased, offensive, or out of date, and the same request can produce different results each time. Outputs are provided for general information and creative purposes only and are not professional, legal, medical, financial, safety, or other expert advice. Do not rely on outputs for decisions that could affect health, finances, safety, legal rights, or similar important matters without independent verification by a qualified professional. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding how to use any output, and you do so at your own risk.

3. How our AI works and how we use your inputs

So you understand what happens when you use the Service:

• Multiple providers. We do not run our own foundation models. Your request is routed to one or more third-party AI providers, and we automatically select a model we consider suitable for the task. We may add, remove, or change providers and models at any time, and we do not guarantee that any particular model, brand, version, quality level, or capability will be used or remain available.
• Processing your inputs. The text, images, audio, or files you submit ("Inputs") are sent to those providers to generate a result. By submitting Inputs you grant us and our providers the rights needed to process them to operate the Service. Do not submit confidential information, personal data of others, or anything you do not have the right to share.
• Short-term context only. To make follow-up requests work, recent messages in an active session are held temporarily and then fade. We do not require an account to use the free tier and we do not sell your Inputs. We do not run our own models, so we do not train models on your data ourselves; however, the third-party providers that process your Inputs may retain or use them under their own terms, including to improve their models. Do not submit sensitive or confidential information. See our Privacy Policy for who and where.
• Automated and imperfect. Routing, moderation, and generation are automated and may fail, time out, refuse a request, or return an unexpected result. The Service may be unavailable or limited at any time.

4. Testing phase and changes

The Service is offered on an evolving, "early/testing" basis. Features, tools, limits, models, and pricing may change, be added, or be removed at any time without notice. Some features described on the site may be in preview, marked "coming soon", or not yet available.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 16, or the age of digital consent in your country, and have authority to accept these terms. The Service is not directed to children.

6. Acceptable use

Your use is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Among other things, you must not use the Service to break the law; to create or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or that infringes others' rights; to generate misinformation, impersonate others, or evade safety controls; to upload others' personal or confidential data without authority; or to abuse, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service. Breach may result in throttling, suspension, or termination without notice.

7. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your Inputs, for how you use any Outputs, and for ensuring that doing so is lawful and appropriate in your context. You must independently verify anything important before relying on it. You agree not to present Outputs as professional advice to others, and you accept all risk arising from your use of the Service.

8. "Free" means free to start, with limits

The word "Free" in our name and our free tier means you can use the Service at no cost up to daily usage limits, without an account. It does not mean unlimited, uncapped, or guaranteed availability, quality, speed, or access to any specific model. The free tier may be supported by advertising and is subject to fair-use caps that we may adjust at any time. Heavier, professional, or higher-volume use may require a paid plan when available. Paid plans (Pro, Max), when offered, require an account and payment via our processor and renew monthly until cancelled.

9. Payments

Prices are shown at checkout. Paid plans bill in advance on a recurring basis. Taxes may apply based on your location. See our Refund Policy, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

10. Credits and limits

Use is metered in credits and, for video, in video time. Allowances and fair-use limits are described on the Pricing page and may be adjusted with notice. We may apply rate limits and anti-abuse measures to protect the Service.

11. Intellectual property in outputs

As between you and us, you own the outputs you generate, to the extent permitted by the underlying model providers' terms. AI outputs may not be protectable, may be similar to outputs provided to others, and may be subject to third-party rights; we make no representation that an Output is original, non-infringing, or fit for any purpose. You're responsible for clearing any rights needed for your intended use.

12. Our IP

The Service, brand, name, logo, and site content are ours or our licensors'. You may not copy, frame, or use them without permission.

13. Third-party models and links

Your Inputs are processed by third-party providers to generate Outputs; see the Privacy Policy for who and where. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their terms, and any links are provided for convenience only.

14. Service availability

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or failures caused by third-party providers or events beyond our reasonable control.

15. Disclaimers

The Service and all Outputs are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or that Outputs will meet your requirements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all such warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (and our team and suppliers) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any Output, even if advised of the possibility. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the Service or to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim (which may be nil for free use).

17. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising out of your Inputs, your use of Outputs, or your breach of these terms or applicable law.

18. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access, in whole or in part, for any reason, including suspected breach, at any time and without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, liability, and indemnity) survive termination.

19. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on-site, and your continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

20. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

21. Use at your own risk and important warnings

Please read and accept the following before using the Service:

• You use the Service and all Outputs entirely at your own risk. AI is an automated tool that can produce results that are inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, offensive, unexpected, or otherwise undesirable, and the same request can return different results each time.
• You are solely responsible for what you create and how you use it. You decide what to ask for, how to use any Output, and whether it is appropriate, lawful, and accurate for your purpose. You must review and verify anything important before relying on or sharing it.
• We are not responsible for outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, harm, cost, or other negative consequence arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or any Output, however it arises.
• Not a substitute for professional advice. Do not rely on Outputs for medical, legal, financial, safety, mental-health, or other important decisions. Seek a qualified professional.
• Children and supervision. The Service is not intended for young children. If you are under 18, you should only use it with the involvement and supervision of a parent or guardian. Adults are responsible for supervising any minor's use, and AI may produce content that is not suitable for children.
• No reliance for emergencies. The Service is not for emergencies. If someone is in danger or needs urgent help, contact your local emergency services.
• Your inputs, your responsibility. Only submit content you have the right to use, and do not submit sensitive, confidential, or other people's personal information. Your inputs are sent to third-party AI providers (see sections 3 and 13).
• Availability is not guaranteed. Tools, models, limits, and results may change or be unavailable at any time, and free use is provided on a best-effort basis.

If you do not accept these conditions, do not use the Service. Nothing here limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.
